Refund policy

The policy

If Kekoso is not what you wanted, write to us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why, and we will not send you a questionnaire to talk you out of it.

There is a free trial precisely so this situation is rare. But trials do not catch everything, and a refund you have to argue for is not a refund.

How to ask

Email hello@kekoso.app from the address you bought with, or include the order number from your receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and land back on your original payment method — typically within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your licence key stops working, and the app returns to trial behaviour. Any transcripts and settings stay on your Mac; we never had a copy to delete.

Beyond 30 days

Write anyway. If the app broke, if a macOS update stopped it working and we could not fix it, or if something went wrong that was our fault, we would rather refund you than keep money you feel bad about. Statutory rights where you live apply on top of this policy and are not affected by it.
